At Swoon Boutique, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are free from makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
